Occupational Therapy Evaluation

Our fine motor evaluation assesses the skills young learners need for school success. Using a functional, school-based approach, I examine how fine motor control, eye-hand coordination, ocular motor skills, bilateral coordination, postural strength, sensory processing and other key abilities affect your child’s ability to fully participate with school tasks. My goal is to identify your child’s strengths and areas for growth to create a personalized therapy plan to address their unique needs.

This evaluation includes a written report and a follow-up meeting to review the findings and discuss recommendations.

Therapy Sessions

Conducted on-site at your child’s school during school day hours.

Occupational therapy sessions typically last 30 minutes and are designed to be fun and engaging for your child. We incorporate play-based activities and tailor each session to address your child’s specific goals. We offer classroom support when appropriate and work closely with you to develop a coordinated plan of care. You’ll also receive practical carryover strategies to boost your confidence and support your child’s progress.
